Five per board

Application and interview

How it works

Three steps from application to seller leads in your CRM.

You are not buying a lead list, and you cannot simply buy in. Relta admits five agents per board, interviews every applicant, and runs the seller campaigns for the ones who hold a spot.

01

Apply and interview

Five agents per board, never more. Apply, and Ray checks your licence, talks through the area you want on a short interview call, and offers you the spot if it is still open and the fit is right.

02

Relta runs the campaigns

Your $2,500 start fee funds three months of seller campaigns in your area, built, run and optimised by Relta. It is a sign-up fee, not an ad credit you manage.

03

Leads land in your CRM

Every seller lead those campaigns produce is yours. It lands in Relta's built-in AI CRM with the address and valuation request attached, and syncs to Lofty or Follow Up Boss the moment it arrives. Reach out within 24 hours and it stays yours.

The platform comes with the leads.

The same tools Relta runs on for its own seller business, not a stripped agent edition.

An example Relta CMA: the home value range a seller receives, built from comparable sales

Seller lead engine

Homeowners get a real valuation range built from comparable sales, not a guess. You get the address, the comps Relta showed them, and how far along they are.

Relta listings with the Watch control that powers instant alerts

Watchlists and instant alerts

Know the moment a watched home moves (listed, cut, sold) so your call has a reason.

The off-market record in a Relta report: homes that asked more and did not sell

Off-market and VOW records

Expired, terminated and off-market history on any address, under VOW rules.

Your CRM

The AI CRM is built in. It also syncs with yours.

Every lead lands in Relta's own CRM the moment it arrives: the address, the valuation they asked for, every return visit, and an AI read on who is worth calling today. Run Lofty or Follow Up Boss? Connect once with your API key and everything flows through natively: no Zapier step, no CSV, no re-typing.

The alternatives, side by side.

Seller leads are already costing you something. The question is what you get back for it.

Competitor figures reflect commonly advertised referral rates and typical agency engagements, not quotes from any specific company.

What it costs, stated plainly.

Three numbers, and the third one only applies when you get paid.

$2,500One time, to start

It goes back into advertising. The fee funds the first three months of seller campaigns Relta runs in your area, and you get first right of refusal on every lead they produce.

Worth being clear: Relta spends it on the campaigns in your area. It is not a credit balance you draw down, allocate, or get back.

$500Per month

Your monthly software and marketing costs: the full Relta platform, CRM sync, and the ongoing campaign building, management and reporting.

Want more volume in a given month? Add ad spend on top whenever you want it.

20%On closed deals only

Of your commission on a deal that closes with a client Relta introduced, and on any further transaction that client generates for 24 months from the introduction. Nothing on your own sphere, your own referrals, or your repeat business.

Referral lead generators commonly take up to 40% for a shared lead and no software.

Five agents per board, admitted by application. A lead you have not contacted within 24 hours of receiving it, weekends aside, may be reassigned. Lead volume varies by area, season and market conditions, and is not guaranteed.

Who is accountable

A licensed REALTOR® built this, and answers for it.

Relta is built and run by Ray Rasouli, licensed with Real Broker B.C. Ltd. in Vancouver. The seller campaigns you are buying into are the same ones that fill his own pipeline, running on the same pages and funnels you can see live on this site. He also interviews every agent who applies, because five spots per board means the wrong fit costs everyone.

Questions agents ask first.

Anything not covered here, ask on the call before you commit.

Why do I have to apply and interview?+

Because the spots are scarce and the leads are exclusive. Relta admits at most five REALTORS® per real estate board, so who holds a spot matters. Every applicant talks to Ray before a spot is offered: a licence check, the area you want to cover, and whether you can commit to reaching leads within 24 hours. The Vancouver board opens first, and two of its five spots are pending review.

Are the leads shared with other agents?+

No. Leads from the campaigns run in your area go to you and no one else. Up to five agents hold spots on a board, but each one's campaigns, areas and leads are separate. The one exception is a lead you leave sitting: if you have not contacted it within 24 hours of receiving it, weekends aside, it can be reassigned. A seller who hears nothing is the fastest way to lose them.

Do I have to change brokerage?+

No. Relta is a software and marketing platform, not a brokerage. You stay where you are licensed. Relta takes 20% of the commission on deals that close with a client it introduced, and on any further transaction that client generates for 24 months from the introduction. Nothing at all on your own sphere, your own referrals, or your repeat business.

What does the $2,500 actually pay for?+

It goes back into advertising. Relta uses it to build and run three months of seller campaigns in your area, and you get first right of refusal on every lead they produce. It is not a credit balance you allocate, draw down, or get back.

What happens if I do not get to a lead quickly?+

Call or reply within 24 hours of a lead reaching you, weekends aside, and it stays yours for good. Leads that go untouched past that are reassigned. This is not a penalty clause, it is the whole reason the campaigns work: a seller who asked what their home is worth and heard nothing back has already moved on to whoever answered.

Why pay up front when referral services charge nothing?+

Because the bill arrives later and it is bigger. Referral lead generators commonly take up to 40% of your commission, send the same lead to several agents, and give you no software. Relta takes 20%, the lead is yours, and the platform and campaigns come with it.

How fast do leads start coming in?+

Campaigns go live within a few days of your area being confirmed. Volume builds as the campaign learns; a recent two-week campaign produced 60 to 85 seller leads, though this varies by area and season.

Which CRMs connect natively?+

You do not need one to start: Relta's AI CRM is built in, and every lead, note and activity lives there from day one. If you run Lofty or Follow Up Boss, both connect with an API key and stay in sync natively. On something else, tell Ray and he will confirm what is possible.

Five spots per board. Two are already spoken for.

Apply for the Vancouver board, tell Relta the area you want, and you will hear whether a spot is still open.
