We never sell your phone number or personal contact information to third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Your information is never provided to data brokers or lead aggregators. In the course of serving your real estate needs, we may share your contact details with licensed real estate professionals (e.g., a cooperating agent or specialist) to assist with your transaction, but only to provide the service you requested, never for unsolicited marketing.

Text Messaging

By submitting a lead form and checking the consent box, you agree to be contacted by Ray Rasouli via call, email, and text for real estate services. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or clicking the unsubscribe link in emails. For help, reply HELP.

SMS Terms and Conditions

1. We use SMS to confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify clients of schedule updates or important changes.

2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at ray@relta.ca.

4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
