Find the comparables
Similar homes nearby, by type, size and bedrooms, at their asking prices. A listing needs at least three.
- 02
Score the asking price
Price per square foot is compared with those homes, along with price cuts, location, the market and carrying cost. The result is a score out of 100.
- 03
Rank within the city
Listings scoring 55 or more are ranked only within their own city.
A score compares an asking price with comparable listings. It does not look inside the home, it is not an appraisal, and it is not financial advice.
