The payment is tested at a typical rate of 4.49% plus 2 points, or 5.25% if higher, against lender limits on income and debt.
Your name, email, mobile number, your three answers and this estimate go to an independent, licensed mortgage broker once you confirm your email. The broker contacts you to check the numbers. You are under no obligation to work with them.
