Delete your Relta Agent account

You can delete your Relta Agent account and the data tied to it at any time, either in the app or by email. You do not need the app installed to ask me to delete your account.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open the Relta Agent app and sign in.
2. Tap the Settings tab.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Review what will be removed, then tap Continue.
5. Type DELETE and tap Delete account.

Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out. This cannot be undone, and a deleted account cannot be recovered.

Ask me to delete it by email

If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, email ray@relta.ca from the email address on your account with the subject line "Delete my Relta Agent account". I may ask you to confirm the request so that no one else can delete your account. I confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your Relta Agent sign-in account
• Your open-house forms and every submission collected with them
• The leads and contacts you collected in the app
• Your saved CRM connection keys
• Your in-app notifications and the push notification registrations for your devices
• Your plan access in the app

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through Google Play or the App Store. Cancel it in your Google Play or App Store subscription settings so you are not charged again.

What is not affected, and what I keep

Your Relta profile on relta.ca is separate and is not deleted with your Relta Agent account. I keep a record that the deletion happened, and limited records where the law requires them. For details, read the Relta Agent Privacy Policy.
