What would you do?

Your inspector finds horizontal cracks in the poured concrete foundation of a 1985 house listed at $1,350,000. The cracks are in the middle third of the wall, and there is visible bowing inward of about 1 inch. The inspector recommends a structural engineer assessment. You are still within your subject removal period. What do you do?
