What Is the Form B?
The Form B is a disclosure document required under Section 59 of the Strata Property Act. It is issued by the strata corporation (or its management company) and provides a snapshot of the strata's financial and legal health. It costs $35 plus optional document fees and takes 1–7 days to obtain.
